Leave A Lasting Impression

A good first impression is important, but leaving a lasting impression could be the difference between selling a home or not. When buyers enter your home, you want them to feel excited about the space they’ve entered. A professional home stager has the experience to know what buyers are looking for and can create a staging design that appeals most to buyers.

Turn A House Into A Home

When a potential buyer is looking at a house they want to be able to call it their home. This means they should be able to envision themselves living in it comfortably. Sure, you can make a house look clean and organized, but giving it style and an atmosphere that fosters comfort is what professional home stagers are for. Arranging a home so that buyers can picture themselves being with their family, cooking in the kitchen, and enjoying the space is crucial for attracting buyers.

FAQS

Frequently asked questions

Does having my home staged guarantee that my home will sell?

Although staging your home doesn’t guarantee it will sell, it gives it a much better chance of selling. On the market, appearance is everything, and the beauty of your home plays a significant role in how easily it will sell. Beautiful homes are desirable and usually sell the fastest, which only reinforces the importance of staging your home. With Queen Of Home Staging, we increase your home’s appeal to buyers and make it more likely to sell.

Do you own all the staging furniture and accessories you use for your home staging projects?

Yes, we own everything that we use for our home staging projects. We have a great selection of unique and stylish furniture, accessories, artwork, and more. This gives us the ability to choose the staging furniture and accessories that enhance your home the most

What is included when you stage with Queen of Home Staging?

Each staging project we do is different and depends on many factors. Everything we include in your staging project will be clearly spelled out in a contract. We typically include all of the furniture, accessories, and labor used to stage your home. Additional services can be arranged for an additional fee.

How Long does staging take?

Staging your home, regardless of its size, can take anywhere from 1-3 days and our availability depends on our currently booked projects. After we receive your payment and your contract is signed, it takes as little as 3 business days to prepare for staging your home.

Who pays for Home Staging?

The homeowner is usually the one who pays for the staging of their home. Homeowners can benefit immensely from a home that sells quickly or for more money due to a great staging.

Does Queen of home Staging always do all the work or can I hire you as an consultant and do the work myself?

Yes, we do offer consulting to help guide you through the process of staging by yourself. We’re very flexible and can be involved as much or as little in the project as you’d like.

What rooms do you recommend we have staged?

Staging is the most important for the Dining Room, Kitchen, Living Room, Familly Room, Office, Master Bedroom, and Master Bath. These rooms have the highest expectation for looking phenomenal and are what buyers focus on the most. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, home offices and patios are becoming a more popular area to stage.

When is the best time to stage my home?

The best time to stage your home is before listing it on the MLS and pictures of your home are posted. Homes that are staged will look much better in photographs and thus better on the MLS and in marketing materials. Most home buyers are shopping via the internet and better-looking photos can mean more potential buyers that are interested.
